Easy Chicken Wings for March Madnes:
When you say chicken wings, we think party! The two go together like cake at
a birthday. Since chicken wings are party friendly, we created a collection of
super chicken wing recipes for your next get-together. They’re finger food
loaded with meat and flavor, which will keep you and your guests happily
noshing. Our collection offers a range of flavors from bourbon to spicy to
herbed, as well as both slow cooker and oven methods, so choose what works for
you and get ready to wing it for a good time
Sriracha and Orange-Glazed Wings
Some
like it hot! In fact, a lot of us do. Restaurant menus feature more spicy wings
than ever before. No need to head out when you want irresistible wings; make
them right in your kitchen. In this recipe, you combine Sriracha with orange
juice, butter and soy sauce. Brush the mixture onto the wings midway through
baking, so they glaze up sweet, sticky and spicy. Garnish with a sprinkling of
sesame seed or fresh cilantro. They’re guaranteed hot and spicy, hot from the
oven, and hot in demand
ingredients:
- One 48-ounce package Market Pantry Frozen Chicken Wings, thawed according to package directions, thawed
- 1 cup 100% orange juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup Sriracha or hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons orange zest
- Sesame seeds
- Finely chopped fresh cilantro
directions:
Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Line rimmed baking pan with foil. Arrange thawed
wings on pan; season with salt. Bake 15 minutes
Meanwhile, combine orange juice, sugar, butter, Sriracha and soy sauce in small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in orange zest.
Brush glaze on both sides of wings. Bake 6 to 11 minutes longer until cooked through to 165 degrees F, brushing with glaze and sprinkling with sesame seeds halfway through. Sprinkle with cilantro

Tip:
Make the glaze up to one day ahead. Warm before brushing on baked wings.
